The Sustainable Innovation Forum 2015 (SIF15) is the UN Environment Programme’s official event at COP21. Now in its 6th year the forum has a track record of facilitating partnerships between businesses, governments, the UN and NGOs to accelerate climate change solutions and bring scale to low carbon innovation.
SIF15 will take place on the 7th and 8th of December at Stade de France, in north Paris, France. As the event is not located within Le Bourget- the location of the official COP21 negotiations - you do not need special UNFCCC accreditation to access SIF15. Stade de France is located a short 10 minute taxi ride or 2 stops on the RER train from the Le Bourget area. The RER links with the main Paris Metro system.
There is a car park at the Stade de France, open from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm at a cost of 10 € + tax per vehicle. This is payable directly to Stade de France on parking.
We expect to receive over 8000 pre-registrations for SIF15, allowing us to select 800 high level delegates representative of the core sectors below.

Funding for attendees
Please note that Climate Action does not offer any funding or support to NGOs to attend this event. If you register to this forum we will not be able to help you with any expenses.

Cancellation by delegate (you):
Should you be unable to attend you may nominate a substitute to attend in your place. You must contact us in advance of the conference to substitute as on-the-day changes might not be accepted.
Delegate places are for the named delegate only and cannot be transferred on the day of the conference.
All cancellations are subject to a 25% Cancellation Fee (rising to 50% within 180 days, 75% within 120 days and 100% within 90 days of the Forum). All cancellations must be received in writing (email or post) and will be replied to. We do not accept cancellations orally.
Cancellation by us:
We reserve the right to cancel any registrations which do not meet our eligibility criteria or which exceed our quota.
Climate Action is not liable for any travel or accommodation expenses incurred by you or your company if a conference is cancelled or postponed. Your travel insurance may cover cancellation costs.

Circumstances beyond the control of the Organiser may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations of a speaker and/or programme topic. The Organiser reserves the right to alter the programme wherever necessary without penalty or liability. Any alterations will be updated on the web page of the Organiser without unreasonable delay.
Recording the Event
All unauthorised photography and the recording or transmitting of audio or visual material, data or information are expressly prohibited. You consent to filming and sound recording and photography of the summit as a delegate and you consent to the use by us to any such recording or photography anywhere in the world for promotional, marketing and other purposes.
